Safety
1. Most companies give a new card to each employee at the begining of each game. The card number is recorded to avoid any confusion as to what card belongs to which employee.
2.Some companies award a series of prizes of varying amounts for a variety of bingo patterns (diagonal, 4 corners, etc.) concluding a game with a full card being covered or "black out."
3. Others have chosen a given number of prizes each week playing traditional, regular bingo.
4. In either of the above systems the game only continues if there are no lost time accidents. If there are accidents, then the game is concluded, a short "Moratorium" is imposed and a new game is started.
5. Most successful programs include bonuses for other factors. Say $1 for each day the entire work force goes wothout any off-the-job injuries or awards based on attendance. For example, a $5 bonus to a winner for no lost time during a game, pay period, week or month. Some double the prize for perfect attendance for a given period.
