A Return Authorization is required for all returning merchandise. Please call 800-762-6962 between the hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday thru Friday. An item must be in saleable condition and in original packaging to be returned for a full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Opened or damaged items will be charged a minimum 15% restocking fee, shipping charges will not be refunded. If the merchandise is damaged or missing parts due to a manufacturer defect, we will gladly replace the item or refund the full purchase price and shipping charges.
